In a nutshell, working with us will ensure that your management fees and tenant find fees are secured over a longer period of time with less work involved. We’re happy to agree to the terms of most company let agreements on a long-term basis, ensuring your clients’ properties are filled with trustworthy, respectable and professional tenants.
The way it works is that we, Dunnell Estates, will be classified as your tenant on your company let agreement, secured over a time period of anywhere between 1 to 5 years (although this is negotiable and we are happy to accommodate the needs of every letting agent that we work with).
This means that, if you’re managing your clients’ properties, we will continue to pay your clients’ asking rent on a monthly basis, from which you will collect your management fee. We will then fill each room with one of our professional tenants from the local area, who pay us directly.
Alternatively, if you’re only finding a tenants for your client, then we will be that tenant, so once we come on board, your job is done and you get paid straight away. Simple!
